That very red sky is caused by wildfire smoke, again, filtering through the horizon haze at sunset. Thankfully, not from fires very nearby but fires devastating to those fleeing and fighting. A man has been charged with first-degree arson in connection with the devastating fires in and around Spokane, Washington. Unfathomable.

One would hope so … but he served only 12 years for killing his father?! I’m so glad there was a witness who realized what he’d seen.

Agreed. I just can’t even comprehend the desire to cause so much destruction to so many people. … I can’t comprehend it to cause even one person that kind of devastation. Horrible.
